The Crisis Stabilization Unit

The Living Room 

 Living Room

A place where you can put your feet up and relax, play games, or watch movies. During the week there is a therapeutic session called "Group" that runs in here from 10:30AM-11:30AM. During the sessions, you will learn about a variety of things such as positive coping strategies and useful life skills.

"Group is very helpful, I always learn something new every time I come here."

The Dining Room

 Dining Room

All meals are eaten together at the dining room table. In the morning you are encouraged to make your own breakfast with the food that is available, but both lunch and supper are provided.

The Wellness Room

The Wellness Room 

This is a quiet place to journal, read, relax, or do a puzzle. One-on-ones with the staff can also take place in this room if you are looking for someone to talk to.

 The Bedroom

The Bedroom 

The Crisis Stabilization Unit is an 8 bed unit that is staffed on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis. Both men and women are welcome to stay here.

"I enjoy spending time in my room where I can read and have my own privacy."

 The Backyard

The Backyard 

During the summer months the backyard is a great place to unwind and relax while enjoying the outdoors. Here you can participate in a variety of activities such as volleyball and bocce ball.

 The Patio

The Patio 

There is a deck, table, and chairs for everyone to use. Make yourself at home during your time at the Crisis Stabilization Unit.
