Nurse practitioners are health professionals who have acquired a masters degree in advanced practice nursing. They provide medical expertise and health care to people of all ages.

Your nurse practitioner can:

 - Provide a comprehensive health exam
 - Diagnose your illness
 - Order and interpret your diagnostic tests
 - Prescribe your medication
 - Address reproductive health concerns

Nurse practitioner services are available in sites across the region. They also work out of Selkirk's QuickCare Clinic.
