Arborg Personal Care Home

This new personal care home coming to Arborg utilizes a household design concept to improve the resident and family care experience by offering a typical home setup with dedicated kitchen, dining, laundry, lounge and gathering areas in five different households on site.

The new facility will also feature an outdoor courtyard, dedicated staff space and a central multi-purpose room. Once complete, the current Arborg personal care home will move from the existing 40 bed location to the new 59 bed facility, resulting in a 19 additional beds.

IERHA clinical and operational programs are currently engaged in project design activities with construction partners, and this will be followed by a two-stage construction tendering process, with foundation construction expected to begin in summer.
