Next Steps
The discussions and feedback collected from all partners have been considered at each level of this plan, including our mission, vision, values, priorities and the tactics needed to meet them.
Every priority outlined in our strategy will have initiatives and planned strategic measures to monitor progress and success. As we implement this plan over the next five years, these initiatives will evolve, and yet, our commitment to ensuring we advance our priorities will not change. We look forward to working together to shape these efforts and bring this plan to life. We will rely on progress during Annual Reports and Annual General Meetings.
We are driven to continue collaborating in the best interest of a future in which meets and exceeds the needs of our patients, Interlake-Eastern team and our community partners – where we see and experience “Healthy self. Healthy People, Healthy Environments”.
