Anxiety Disorders Association of Manitoba (ADAM) Provides self-help resources and programs for managing anxiety, including Coaching for Confidence and the Anxiety & Worry Support Program.
Anxiety Canada Contains strategies and tools for managing anxiety across the lifespan, along with resources for educators and links to podcasts. Highlights the free, Mindshift CBT app and online self-help anxiety courses. Mindshift CBT Group Therapy is also offered at a cost.

Community Mental Health Relational Therapy (Couple & Family) Free counselling services for couple and families who reside in the Interlake-Eastern Regional Healthy Authority. Services are offered September through April of each year by senior clinical family therapy students completing their Masters degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy, under supervision.
