Canadian Patient Experience Survey

The Canadian Patient-Experience Survey-Inpatient Care (CPES-IC) will be emailed to patients after they are discharged from an overnight hospital stay.

This work is part of our shared commitment to patient-centred care and to building a system that learns from the people we serve. The email survey will eventually replace the previous paper-based provincial mailout and is aligned with best practices used across Canada.

What to expect:

It is voluntary, takes just a few minutes to complete, and responses are confidential.

The survey will be sent by email a few days after a patient is discharged from hospital.
