Five 1 to 1 ½ hour sessions

This series is for anyone who would like to reduce or stop their tobacco or nicotine use.  Learn about your triggers, setting realistic goals and how to start reducing.  Learn about behaviours that work and tips and tricks to get you on your way.  Find out about quit medications and how they might work for you.
