Self Help & Peer Support Resources

Peer Connections Manitoba (formerly Manitoba Schizophrenia Society)

Support for individuals who have lived experience of mental health and wellness challenges. Talk with a trained Peer Support Worker who will connect with you over shared experiences of mental health and/or substance use challenges. We offer virtual peer support as well as in-person support.

Online Peer Support Group

  • Every Wednesday from 1:00-2:00pm
  • A space to​ connect with others who have lived experience of mental health and wellness challenges facilitated by a trained Peer Support Worker. Diagnosis not required.
